A Mix of Father's Day Cards

Here are some of the Father's Day cards

 I have been making this year.

All products are Stampin Up, current and retired.

I was challenged to come up with a card for Dad 

using non-traditional stamps and colours.

This card has a pastel feel about it.

Non-Traditional Christmas Cards & a Tag

I rarely step away from the

 traditional red, white and green for

Christmas cards and decorations.

But given a challenge to use some non-traditional colours

and here is what I came up with.

I have used Stampin Up's Epic Day This and That

Designer Series Paper and Washi Tape.

A little bling, some ornaments and the cards are finished.

showcasing ways to use negative images.

I have been busy making cards, just need

the time to edit and put up on the Blog. 

Male card with a Twist!

For this male card I wanted to steer clear of the

browns and blues, the colours I normally reach

for when making a male card.

I wanted it to be bright but not too bright.

Not my normal style but then male cards 

are not my preferred card. :)

July Team Challenge

Our team challenge this month was to choose

a card out of the current Stampin Up catalogue

and using new products recreate the card with

our own spin on it. I picked out a card on Page 53

and came up with this card.

Ruby Anniversary with Stampin Up

I was asked to make a card for a friend

 for a 40th Wedding Anniversary

and they asked for red. You can't get more red than 

Stampin Up's Real Red. Add some Whisper White,

hearts, glitter paper and ribbon and I am done.

I decorated an envelope to match, with hearts, of course.
