Rich Razzleberry.

Our Tennis team made it through to the Finals today, it was a warm day out there.
So looking forward and a bit nervous to the finals next week.
Onto the card, i am liking this colour combo at the moment and still really liking the Vintage Brads.
Top Note Die has made an apperance, at one stage there all my cards, well, the majority had the Top Note on it in one form or another.
Hope you all having a great weekend.

Attempt No. 2

I thought i would have another attempt at the challenge i posted yesterday. These challenges can become quite addictive. Once i had completed the first card, more ideas started to flow. So here is my second card.
I don't normally go with Blue for my cards, i seem to stay around the pinks and chocolate chip. But the blue is a nice change.  Looks like we are going to get a storm soon, lots of thunder around, so better be off.

Home Decor.

I don't have a card to share today so i am sharing a frame i made last year, sometimes things i make grow old on me and i am always changing things around but this frame is still a focal point in my decorating. I have been busy cutting and preparing a project for the Christmas Extravaganza Day i previously posted about and i have also worked out what my swap will be for Stampin Up's Regional day in Sydney next month. So i feel i am on top of things, that's until the Christmas bug hits.
Sorry about the glare on the glass.

Christmas Gift Holder.

I was inspired by Liam's Blog and i went to the link on her blog to Makeesha Byl's tutorial on this project. I give money as gifts to many of our family so i was really impressed with how these turned out.
I have been having computer problems today, crossed fingers it is fixed, my computer is only two months old so i was really annoyed but after a call to the customer service it's working again, touch wood.
Anyway, here is the Gift Holders.

Set of Cards.

I made these cards and sent them off to a cardmaking magazine for publication but they were knocked back, so i will just keep trying. I like these cards, i suppose that's what matters at the end of the day. I made them along time ago now and found them the other day so i thought i would share.

Cards For Me.

Wow, what a windy Saturday. My son and i play in a Saturday afternoon Tennis Comp and boy, did we get blown away today, actually makes you feel sick after awhile being in the wind. We played well today so maybe the wind helped.
The following cards are cards i have made for myself to go up on my inspiration board i have above my desk. I make cards for others but now and then i make one for myself with products i like and they mean something to me.

I don't often get time to sit and play with favourite stamps and products to make cards just for me but when i do they would be hard to part with.

Colour Coach #2

Here is another card i made using the Stampin Up Colour Coach.
I used the Rich Razzleberry card and used the Getting Started Combination.
I can see myself using the Colour Coach alot to bring a card together quickly.
Three colours, Rich Razzleberry, Pretty in Pink and early Espresso.
The shimmer paint i used across the top of this card has come out strange in the photo, it looks better, less dominate in real life, i was having a play with the paint.

Convention Scrap Page

Stampin Up Convention 2010.
I completed this page a few months ago.
This is my second Convention and it's nice to have the page to remind me how wonderful this event is and catching up with all my friends.
I feel very grateful when i look at this page.

Team Challenge.

The theme for our teams challenge this month was "Baby".
This is a 6x6 scrapbook page. All of my scrapbook pages are 12x12 so this was a fun project to do.
I really enjoyed this size.
I can't believe this photo is 16 years old.

Just Believe.

This stamp set jumped out at me when i looked through the Stampin Up's IB&C.
I purchased the Clear Mount set and i am really enjoying it's versatility.
I have added some Crystal Effects to the flowers to make them "pop".
I also turned the embosing around so it lays flat.
This card is on it's way to a team member for their birthday.

A Fine Flourish

The Fine Flourish back ground stamp caught my eye when i looked through Stampin Up's IBC.
I recently purchased the stamp and am pleased i did. I have used it as a background on the punched out flower and added some shimmer paint.

A Beautiful Surprise.

I arrived home last week to an unexpected parcel and this is what was inside.
The very talented Liam, http://inspirestampin.blogspot.com/ had sent me this beautiful gift.
I was having one of those weeks and well, this certainly lifted my spirits enormously.
I rarely get surprises and this was amazing.
I love the way she has used the Petal Pizzazz stamp set on whisper white and it looks like designer series paper, it's a really fun idea.
I don't have this stamp set although i have looked at it often but it is now on my wish list.
Thanks again Liam for this beautiful set.
I received four cards and a shopping list that folds out into two pages of lists.

100 Christmas Cards for the Troops.

100 Cards.
I didn't think i would get there but i am so proud of myself for achieving this number.
Many months of late nights and this is the result.
Last year i sent off 20 or 25 and this year i wanted to add a few more.
Karen, aka Paperlady, http://kcpaperlady.blogspot.com/ is organizing this fantastic project, we also sent off Mother's Day cards this year too.
I just love the idea of all those men and women in the Armed Forces receiving cards that they can send back home to their loved ones.
Karen is still collecting cards until the 5th of November and then their off to Holsworthy Army Barracks.

 Some of my favourites.

Off The Page Little Houses.

With the long weekend being overcast and wet i have had time to do work on this project that i started back in February, i had all intentions of finishing it back then but who knows where the time has gone. So i have completed it now and i really love the little houses. Reminds me of my dolls house when i was younger.

Welcome to my Blog!

Hi, i have decided to start a Blog to keep a track of what i make and to share with friends, enjoy!

I have been making these hand bags recently, there are so many options with different colours and themes and they always turn out amazing. I bought the project idea from Becky Roberts,"Inking Idaho".
I really enjoy stamping, scrapbooking and off the page projects.
