Bollywood SAS

Here's a sneak peak of next month's
Stamp A Stack. It has a Bollywood kind of feel.
Lots of bright colours and flowers.
We will be using the Versamark shadowing technique.

Tea for Two Pouch

I noticed this little project at our Stampin Up
team training night. I am not sure who made it
as it was on the table with alot of other creations.
It uses the Envelope die cut twice and decorated
however comes to mind. As i didn't have a template
and made this one off the top of my head i will
need to adjust it for next time. It is too front heavy
with the tea bags so next time i will place the envelope
box closer to the bottom. It is so pretty and would look
lovely sitting on your desk at work with tea bags or mints.

I am so wind blown this afternnon. Soccer was at Mangrove Mountain
this morning and at times i felt like I was in the movie,
The Wizard of Oz and i thought we were going to be blown back
to home. Lucky for us we had our thermos of coffee to keep warm.
Have a great weekend and rug up.

A Case from Stampin Up

How does an early night turn into a very late night?
Soccer training gets cancelled and gives this Mum
a few more hours up her sleeve, so instead of getting
an early night which was advisable as this Mum
has been getting a little snappy lately.
Due to being the number 1 taxi driver,
cook, cleaner and the list goes on.
This Mum decided to have a look through the
2011 - 2012 Stampin Up Idea Book & Catalogue.
Which turned into Casing two cards from Page 5.
They really didn't take too long because the design was
there and once i decided on the stamps it all
came together quickly. I must do this more often
when I am stuck for a lay-out for a card.
Well that's why it is called the Idea Book.
The two cards are a little different but I tried to stay
true to the design and adapting with the supplies I had on hand.
I also made them full size cards.

Baby Girl

I wanted this card to have a soft feel about it.
I have used Confetti Cream for the card base,
Pink Pirouette and Very Vanilla.

Attic Boutique

I have kept this card as clean and simple.
A few layers, some ribbon and a brad.
I used Confetti Cream cardstock for the card base.
I am really liking the Attic Boutique DSP at the moment
and i didn't want to cover it up on this card.

A Team Card

I made this card at a Stampin Up team meeting last weekend.
I enjoyed the time to sit and make a card that I
didn't have to come up with the design and it was great
to use colours I don't normally tend to use.
Linda Higgins put this card design together.
