A Fine Flourish

The Fine Flourish back ground stamp caught my eye when i looked through Stampin Up's IBC.
I recently purchased the stamp and am pleased i did. I have used it as a background on the punched out flower and added some shimmer paint.

    This is just gorgeous. love the fancy flower punch. You do amazing stuff with this flower punch. I love the embossing folder use too. Very pretty.
